My experience with my first property gave me such an adrenaline rush that I want to pursue FI through real estate.

Background, criminal, credit/debt, income checks all displayed in a single dash to help you make a much more holistic decision.

The first and most obvious way is of course, "budgeting" this can help you save money and reconsider going out to eat or going to the park instead of some kind of expensive attraction. another great way is cooking at home, you can save a TON of money by simply buying food to cook at home instead of ordering door dash or going out to the restaurant.

However, you really can't get the adrenaline rush anywhere else without risking your life.

If I was feeling more ambitious, it allowed me to stop working and focus 100% of my time on writing a book, or maybe getting healthy if I became too burnt out from the usual non-stop adrenaline and cortisol-fueled American corporate work schedule.

Those who think rent increases is just a dash-for-the-cash cause were all just swimming in our vault's-o-money.....

Whether they take it or not is another thing in itselfI may take an aggressive narcissistic approach, but I put a dash of common courtesy and a splash of respect. 

It has been full on adrenaline right now.
