@Mike H.I don’t have North Georgia mountains experience but I do have metro Atlanta (Kennesaw) Airbnb and vacation in Florida Airbnb experience and I’m looking to expand into the north Georgia mountains Ellijay or Blue Ridge I also just purchased a membership in the Northeast Georgia MLS so I have access to those properties as well.

After closing, you can choose to keep the tenant under your lease or give them notice to vacate.

so how is the event going.. other than being in Mexico on vacation are you enjoying the content and networking ?

If you are buying a single family house, two trips per year will likely eat up all your "free cash flow", so you might as well have it be a place you would go anyways to visit family, or near a vacation spot, etc.

I have kicked the tires with a few small investments in both long-term and vacation rentals offered on the website over the last few months. 

I’ve researched quite a bit of Colorado counties, and almost always the issue is with getting a non primary residence/“vacation home” permit.

The Nashville area is one that my husband and I have been interested in for a vacation home/STR but with all the restrictions on STRs in Brown County we've mostly been looking elsewhere.
