The ozone (O3) reverts back to oxygen (O2) as it oxidizes with odors, so no toxic byproducts or odors are left behind, as long as the odor sources have been cleaned/removed...... and That's my deodorizing rant despite the fact that I don't even have a sense of smell...seriously.

Utilities have been shut off and, based on the odor coming into the common areas, we suspect there is now 10 month old spoiled food in the fridge.Colorado is a Super Lien state which is something that still confuses me a bit.  

The surrounding area was built up and then everybody started complaining of the odor.

Mention that other tenants have complained about the odor and just restate it is against what is spelled out in the lease. 

But it was Theodore Roosevelt who reminded us that "comparison is the thief of joy".Income - outgo - staying power - It's way more about about the attitude than the decimal point!
