I have two hip surgeries that need to be done over the course of 2019 that will leave any kind of manual labor impossible.So let me ask you experts- if you were planning to get into RE and someone said you had to wait a year, what would you do to prepare yourself for when you can begin?

She wants to sell the property with her house on it there too but if the house sells first then the homestead on the properties goes away with that option too..She is not doing excellently health and mobility wise lately, including upcoming surgeries, new diabetes, and nutrient deficiencies.

It ain't rocket surgery.  3 youtube videos and a 1/2 case of beer (not around the power tools), and you can be a cabinet maker. 

He had several surgeries resulting from a previous condition and could not work for weeks.

@Jamie Hodges I have had surgery earlier this year and Covid has kept me from having a meetup for the past few months.

My interest in real estate started last year after I had a minor surgery.

So many options, so little time (I say that as I sit here on the couch in a sling from shoulder surgery with nothing but time haha)

If your handy man can't figure out how to assemble them find someone else it's not rocket surgery!
