I also have used apps to collect payments,  but don't like cloud programs for reporting or financial data storage.

I'm open to "outside-the-box" ideas as well (getting into-self-storage, etc.) 

Its a 2 bedroom 2 bath with a ton of storage. 

If its a 1 car garage, id just recommend storage and thats it.

The reason for the comparison is for me to try and understand the sectors and different types of real estate (SFH, townhomes, apartments, duplexes, quadplexes, commercial, storage, single tenant NNN, etc.)
