-> Besides doing your market research, i strongly advise that before any purchase or offer, that you hire professionals to help you in the process.

So we restricted local landlords who rent to families, and soon the town will experience the very real repercussion of no one wanting to rent to families and professionals.

I will stick with large funds of proven operators.Maybe these are isolated incidents, but operators of MF and other assets seem to be more professional.
