There are some neighborhoods in Northern VA that were built post WW2 era (50s) that I think could be promising, but I'm not sure.Would you suggest going to MD where I know other investors/rehabbers are (but is tough for me to get to) or farming in those 50s neighborhoods in NoVA, where prices are higher and I know fewer rehabbers working?

I'm all for medical mar. but there are liquid forms that won't affect others.

They initially put it out as a FSBO at $230, 000 Mar 8, and by Mar 29 had dropped the price twice to end up at 184, 900. 

I'm sure you could find apartments in Del Mar that aren't within walking distance of a large anchor store.
