It's a psychological thing for most people that once they have a fish on the line (you) they don't want to lose you. 

Portland is very commutable and the surrounding areas offer great places to live with access to all of the amenities you could need (hiking, biking, beaches, skiing, hunting, fishing, etc.).If I can help you in any way, I would be happy to.

I would strongly advise you pass on your parents property, many more fish in the sea when you are actually ready to invest.

I've gotten to repay them with deals, and they've repaid me for the deals by making me a partner in what I've brought.My advice would be simple: Work for the biggest fish you can for free.

So I am spending more time fishing.
