BTW, you get what you pay for - the cheaper ones are robotic/scripted while the good ones (more expensive) have presence, personality and situational awareness -  which helps with appointment setting. 

Because of this and many other companies with HQs or a large presence here, the home prices are climbing and will continue to.

Thank God we are not living those times any more.It seems that you are a  young person, so naturally, you may be comparing the rates you were recently quoted to the rates of January 2021.

God forbid we actually elect people who know how to run the dang thing, no, we want to put a chimp right at the tippy-top of decision making power, what can go wrong....... 

I'm wondering how many just sent the deposit in to the person claiming to be the "owner".Here in the south you can sometimes (literally) get away with murder if you claim to be some type of reverend/ minister/man/woman of god/whatever which is exactly what this scammer was claiming.I report the ads to craigslist, they are pulled, only to show up again a few days later.

This thread has instilled the fear of gov (like fear of God, but with the government) regarding being audited.I think I understand what activities count towards REPS hours once I own a property.As a followup to Becca's post above, I am looking for clarity on activities specific to a property before I close its purchase. 

Keep in mind most cities you cant touch these folks... maybe the pendulum is swinging back to logic and protecting the innocent landowners. yea also this country needs more logic/rationality and military/police presence more.
