I haven't heard many good things about Detroit lately, but I'm in oklahoma so I have to take everything with a grain of salt that's not in okieland.

I'm definitely no lawyer, or know much about contract law, so take it all with a grain of salt.

I have three single family home rental properties in Salt Lake City, Utah for about 10 years.

An agent worth his/her salt should be showing, having open houses, negotiating and then handling all the paperwork, which in California is a nightmare.
