You may have a condensation problem if there was a vapor barrier between the plaster and sheetrock.

A fix and flip may seem like more work than a buy and hold, but it is just condensed into a few months, while managing a buy and hold property over the course of 10 or 15 years... there will a ton of work and time that goes into it over those years, and it all adds up.Some of our earlier splits were 70/30 or 60/40, with us as the active partner taking less, but I'll never sell myself short again, knowing now what's involved.

Drain ties to the plumbing but if that it not possible you could always have the drain flow to the outside of the house similar to a condensation overflow line on the AC

Roof is in good shape, a majority of my maintenance and repairs were spent on HVAC (cleaning coils, new condensate pump, new duct runs, new igniter) the system itself is post Katrina (2010) roof is post Katrina (2010).

It takes up no space inside the home, you don't have to worry about leaks causing damage inside, gas venting is much simpler, condensation drainage is not an issue, its quieter, easier to install when you need to replace.
