New blood in the forum is always exciting.. what's your top strategy for finding hidden deals?

When his followers came on here about a year ago and spammed these forums with cult-like nonsense posts, I tried to watch a few videos of his and realized right away that a lot of what he was saying is very questionable.

Hey @Chi Lo - I actually have a video on my YouTube page about this (lookup ClosedByMo on YouTube).Regarding walls being damp and waterproofed, it means there needs to be waterproofing on the basement retainer walls (this is something you can do post-construction and the contractors would need to dig around the house exposing the basement/foundation to apply the waterproofing).

Hi Leo, its been years since I closed on a HUD property but you close on the property as soon as title is ready like any other property.  

I simply know where to find the nuts; under the tree of course.

You understand some of the basic concepts, but also have some giant holes in your plan.
