I think @BOB CRANEY hit the nail on the head  its the area .. my folks i deal with in these areas.. fico is not a criteria.. its do they pay their cell on time.. are they felons.... you have to triage the bad credit or sell the house. 600 up probably does not want to live in that area. 

I myself am a Medical Device rep who has recently relocated to the area.

Once you complete the class they provide your cell number to local titles companies that then offer closings to the next notary on their list.

They said they saw one of my devices.. somewhere...I wanted to share this with you all...Many of you do this for financial freedom.

That is because they are highly mechanical devices.

The other ideas I have is to (1) get cell towers for the building as its taller than the surrounding buildings and has great line-of-site (2) offer signage to either billboard companies for the roof or on the side of the building.If you have experience or information on courting cell companies, billboard companies and what they may add to the property bottom-line, please chime in! 

Turn you idea into a real system or device or whatever it is and get it patented. 

Now does the owner run their cell phones through the business?

There are no beds, or TV  I use the computer to research properties, check email and enter details in my excel that has property information  I may play some free cell from tome to time   

The vehicle is my primary mobility device and contributes directly to wealth building and the safety of my family, in all other ways it’s a liability I have a semi functioning truck and some real estate tied up in my late fathers estate with with about 25k in back taxes plus lawyers fees.
