https://thehill.com/opinion/4517470-dei-killed-the-chips-act... we just talked to the concrete supplier who supplies the job who said in 30 days the price of concrete will double because they are starting again. currently it's less than $200 a yard and it will double in maybe 60 days so no everything is ok with the intel site in columbus

Even if you live in a Home or one of the Units you can still set the address or other units up on your "Schedule E" and claim the standard deductions.To be totally compliant I would tell you to refinance and transition the property into an Investment property and close it in an LLC.
