Anyway, just wondering if it would make a difference being licensed as opposed to reading books and networking.

As we get closer to the holidays and ending the year it will be upon us before we know it, I hope to continue to network and meet more like minded people. 

@Bryce Stclair is spot on about the meetup its at leaf chronicle every third thursday, i went last week and was very hppy with the networking and the speaker! 

I just want to network my way in and find a company or someone that wants to work with me so we can make this happen together. 

Also, network and make other connections so you can possibly team up with someone.

I would love to connect and chat more about your knowledge of area as well as any property managers in your network you recommend.

Past that, a bunch of us network more informally, in groups of 2 or 3. 

It has wide appeal and will never produce negative comments or reactions from buyers.
