I know 1.5 bath houses don’t sell as well as 2 bath, but I really don’t think trying to dry the basement bath out and remodel it is worth the expense and time.

I am really close to pulling the trigger on a duplex that I have analyzed in the below report, but I am still not sure. 

I have definitely looked at (and thought about) quite a few properties between Albany and Schenectady but haven't pulled the trigger on anything.

We understand that in order for a manufactured housing retailer or sales person to trigger this example of offering or negotiating, the retailer or salesperson must act as a result of a duty to a financing source or the retailer or salesperson acts in order to receive an incentive from the financing source.

I was also thinking of Dry-Locking the entire basement and crawlspace.Any thoughts from you seasoned flippers?

Why people want to wrap up a dried out weed in paper, shove it in their mouth and light it on fire is beyond me.

New dry wall in 50% of the home, all new hardwood/tile flooring, 2 current bathrooms need complete update.

That and buy and holders are usually of a different personality type than flippers so they don't just pull a trigger as fast.

Or are most damaged beyond finding any value in them.Any insight would be helpful as we all know, in certain markets, inventory is drying up but it's interesting to see homes like this still on the market (their must be a reason, right?!)
