Bigger Pockets has been an encouragement to expect to develop relationships with others involved in real estate.Something else I have loved about Bigger Pockets is that there seems to set new horizons that I didn’t know I could dream about.

Lastly, my parents don't believe that I can do this which is really hard on me.I currently have connections with other wholesalers and have relationships with them.

I've recently come into some private money via a relationship I formed with someone that is interested in getting a higher return on their retirement funds. 

You want to find a place that not only supports you and your business but that you also fit in with the other brokers and can build good and lasting relationships.

Interacting face to face will help tremendously with forming those critical relationships to aid your progress.

I feel the key is to have good relationships with your "boots on ground" building a solid team of cleaners and handyman to help you make it happen!
