We have experienced a few bumps in the early months of our purchase (tenants didn't speak English, a few moderate repairs missed by the inspector) but all in all we are happy with the purchase and hope to learn from this property.We are looking to purchase another property, likely a duplex or larger and are going to continue our real estate education.

This isn't the first time it's happened, it isn't the last time it will happen, and I'm guessing that the BP moderators see right through it.

Even a moderately executed flip would net them more money than a well executed flip due to his advice and needing to pay his enormous fees.He takes in many thousands of dollars worth of fees for his advice while assuming zero risk. 

The online ed classes have a moderator that you can call or e-mail with any questions you have about the course work and a through practice test.

I first connected with some of the group moderators here on BiggerPockets first.

The moderate turnout has the appearance of a frenzy, but typically we only receive 1 to 3 completed applications (virtually always at least 1).  

., that's when the problems which you didn't see on your initial walk-through will appear.My first duplex showed well and even inspected moderately well, fast forward about 18 months and I spent way over both my CAPEX and maintenance budgets for the same time period.
