It's going to take another week until they come out and remediate the situation.

They remediated based upon that guidance and then built their project.

That will be an expensive project if you choose to remediate the asbestos.

So essentially this is a triplex until that's remedied.

That's, pretty much, a deal breaker for me as it is because so expensive to remediate.  

If yes, then you will need to have the mold remediated by a professional. 

While speaking with the attorney, see what legal remedies you may have to remove them from the deed (though the lender may not be willing to remove them from the mortgage note). 

@Howie Baker  if Its an unsecured note.. then you can sue personally.. if the property has been sold then you probably were unsecured.. if you had a deed of trust they can't sell it with out clearing your encumberance.. sounds like a personal note.. only remedy is to sue them on the note
