You could also get nice professionally printed cards and then print your own sticker to put on the back, if you want.The reason I do that is that it's kind of common to get lots of business cards at one of these meetings, and then have a hard time remembering what that person *does* when you look at the card later.

If they are having issues with hot water, that would be a daily frustration, and it's also an item mentioned in the rent escrow doc as a valid issue.Some of the water leak stuff, it is in your interest as a landlord/asset owner to fix ASAP, as the cost of water damage repairs goes up the longer it's neglected.The other thing is that they seem to be making a point that they have encountered numerous rodents and trying to smear your place as rat-infested, perhaps to try to bias the judge against you, perhaps because it's their reality.

This would reduce sticker shock and your touch time.Not sure if a site is feasible (if you have enough properties to justify) but having a link to a webform where they do the pre-screening as part of the initial contact would reduce your touch time.If you are in a high rental velocity area they may be getting into other places by there time you responding or if they feel it's taking to long they may move on?
