she has also shown impropriate behaviors inside the kitchen and sharing spaces inside of my home

So the Owner has a track record for bad behavior and is in cahoots with the PM and M.... that changes my perspective.

I am thinking of writing a letter and submitting a letter with my dissatisfaction and the poor communication that him and his team displayed.  

They really don't want to change their behavior. 

If it has the read-out temp display, you can use it as a thermometer (hint: move it to b/w hot - cold area,  if the display changes = you find your friend) 

Since I can't change my past behavior, I need to improve going forward.

Basically they're babysitters for the plow guys and being aware of any nefarious behavior behind our property in the parking lot.

You should be able to turn them in a month.What you do is hold one of the first 4 units as a model display unit.

As it is a primary fiduciary duty of a real estate agent to maximize the sales price of any marketed asset, it makes sense that a smart broker will select comps that display their property in the most positive light.
