Hi @Rico Saldana I have 12 under 200K when I search for duplex, triplex, quad in Orange County only....19 when I open it up to surrounding areas Seminole and Osceloa....but not crossing the bridge to Volusia county :-)

My understanding is that it is somewhat similar to the US market with higher prices and a bit more governmental red tape to cross.

This is ANOTHER reason I tell everyone "Never do a deal without a team that does not have a mutually rewarding outcome " Well you do not have a choice but to fire him and then keep your fingers crossed you do not get into this same situation again.

This is the simplest and most user friendly route.If you want to get fancy you can put the photos in Canva and add borders, text, etc.
