I don't know about the powersave, but if it's the "baby" k program, I don't think it's worth the time and expense, IMHO. 

You don't have that whole HUMAN/personal element involved, it's strictly business, baby!

Busy schedule with new baby in the household but should be able to make it out.

Leave that baby home.

It's Wall Street style baby.

You also have some unknowns, like if I hire someone under a fixed price (90% of the time they are hourly), just because I don't want to baby sit them and want a turn-key job, my expenses will be like this, for every dollar i spend on a fixed price, i have to pay ~15% in employer taces, and ~15-20% in workers comp (on average), that brings me to 35-40% and leaving me with 10-15% in gross profit.

I am looking to grow my ream to include investment partners to share in the lucrative and stable Baby Boomer properties.  1000 people a day move to Florida and they are seeking improved homes, most pay cash.

I'm also in a state of working two jobs with a 3 year old and a newborn at home so that I can reach my ambitious savings goal.

I have had a few agents tell me to start with a hand written letter to all over them, maybe sending a picture of my newborn child and letting them also know about the great office I am currently working for.
