The NCREC doesn't generally go after brokers who create 'blind ads' (no reference to their broker status) or brokers who 'self deal' (take profit other than commission, sometimes counter to fiduciary duty).

Buyers, including myself don't want to deal with wholesalers that blindly market properties for prices that will never be obtained.
