Getting REOs
In the last week, I have spoken to 5 realtors who know nothing about wholesaling. One of them heard of it, but never worked with a wholesaler. OHH he also has a NAID and said he is willing to work with me. I am currently in the Columbus, OH market and I just cant believe how everyone is so blind to wholesaling. Has anyone ran into this problem before and if so, what should I do?
