I have not updated the prices to account for the inflation caused by the actions of the current administration.

I would suggest being a limited partner in a syndication, you get the benefits of real estate (high returns, hedge for inflation, physical asset, and tax benefits for passive income), without any of the day to day work.

The more inflation hits and the higher gas goes the less likely folks want to live further away from work.

leads them to a more passive frame of mind, benefit from strategic investments in a specific property or method that they’re comfortable in, that provide a decent return, that act s a hedge against inflation, and that are lower on the risk scale.

My Dad started in real estate in the mid 60s he got his leads by doing door hangers thats why i knew its not legal to put them in the mailbox's you can do this with door hangers though its very effective even better than mail.. you simply go to the homeless shelters like he did and pick up 3 or 4 folks that will walk for 4 to 6 hours hanging those up we paid them back in the day 10 to 20 bucks for the day.. today with inflation might have to pay them a little more.. its more effective in housing that is high density of course.. 

Anyway, with the current supply issue and inflation on pretty much everything the BRRRR method has too be held to a very strict budget or you will not get the value out of it, if we continue down this Real Estate correction.  

You save yourself the fees and you save your money from inflation while you are doing your deal by putting it to work.

Investing anywhere will be profitable as you actually still make money because of the inflation.2.
