I've been unhappy with Cozy previously because the data is too "washed" and the process too automated.  

If it's a wash I would give the unit equal consideration, if the solar is higher I would look elsewhere. 

With my MTR’s in the area (Boulder, Longmont, NW Denver, Wash Park), I see a lot more action in the spring and typically fill them with a longer lease for fall/winter as the market dries up for those months.
