A skilled and trustworthy manager should be lightening your load in property ownership and all of the things they need to do should be possible with you there virtually or not at all.

Virtually every 3/2 SFR or up in my county (Marin County) rents in this range, larger homes go for much more.

They are the only computers that are military spec'd which in short means you can spill your cup of coffee on the keyboard then drop it on the floor then just pick it up and finish sending the e-mail you were just working on, literally. 

But, we all know, that anything we can do in person we can do virtually!

Memphis Investors Group also has some virtual meetups they do as well since Covid. 

I recently bought a 3D camera to do scans of all my properties so that potential renters or buyers can take a virtual walk through the house.
