10K is may be too much for an assignment fee on that.To me you should be getting ATLEAST $2,000 per, but I prefer making atleast$5,000 assignment fee, I uslaly as a standard start at $5,000, if it looks like I have a great deal and can make more, GREAT.

Hello there everybody-This is a new program to me but I find it a bit useful and a bitter taste was left in my mouth when I found out that only 3 mortgages were insured under this program for 1996.

After completion of the short sale, I would prefer to sell the property for a profit but MD has a state law that requires Foreclosure Purchasers to pay the original homeowner 82% of the net proceeds if sold within 18 months of a foreclosure reconveyance.

The only way around that is to get a bit more creative like get an 80% tard. loan, and the 10-20% balance from a line of credit or preferably a HELOC which has the lowest rates/fees and the easiest to obtain.
