Study each blank on them and KNOW what goes in which space and why it's a particular name, number of legal description that goes there.

A lot of new landlords immediately hire a property manager thinking it will be better, easier, safer, _________ fill in the blank.

I have been so nervous through out all this but its been a good experience to stare a few fears in the face and chug along.

It's more important that the GC knows the work and manages it properly, so don't discount a smaller operation that uses more Subs.Definitely see their Insurance and Bond, and I like the idea of reviewing a blank contract. remember that a bid,  proposal and contract are 3 different things.

I keep trying to get my Gold Eagles to pay rent, but they just sit there staring at me!

But on the other side, does it make more sense to leave it empty and let a buyer see it as a blank slate?
