Month to month is really more of a strategy to use if you have a unit in an area where rent rates are increasing rapidly, and you don't want to lock yourself into a lease where you are affectively losing money.

This a rapid developing area and there are tons of opportunities and I can find them with the research I have done.

If you don't charge when that date comes, you don't have the killer instinct to succeed, and therefore need to work on yourself before you can jump into this.I am a student, but am learning as rapidly as I can.
