@John Farady"There is another source of food they are finding"On a related note as part of the Corona disinfecting regimen the tenant has started keeping his online grocery orders outside his apartment for few days before taking them inside.The grocery items included things such as cereal,flour,pasta,rice etc.This time around he kept the groceries out indefinitely for more than a week, could it possible that may have invited the rodents?

Especially to those house hacking....definitely want to avoid dog whistles so why dont you just skip the background check and choose the first applicant to invite into your property without any criteria since that would be most fair.
