So far it goes through process step by step on how to network and to gain comfort investing a far, especially with the marketing being so hot in your area.Based on your financing I would recommend to use your HELOC and try to get one buy and hold, biased because my strategy is buy and hold.

Craigslist of course, with more scammers on there.Rental policy, yes, have one in place so that everyone meets strict non-biased criteria as to your choosing, though be sure it's ran by an attorney so you do not violate any Fair Housing laws within those criteria you set.Market rent, go to Rent O Meter and check out the area listed properties.

@Roman Rytov I would recommend Citiside Properties, I am a bit biased as my company has a maintenance contract with them but they really do provide a great service and really focus on getting their owners the best return possible.
