Hvac systems - one system for each unit?

I have used portable stand alone units (per room or level basis) and I think you can get whole house units as part of HVAC systems 

Clearly, the septic system is part of that.You'll get a large range of opinions regarding the frequency of required cleaning.  

I love going to different homes, seeing the vast differences in quality and layout, comparing them to the local market, and putting it all together to make a "big picture".My largest challenge so far is developing an effective marketing system. 

I also see some great deals that go for 30-50% of the ARV.I've spent the last few months educating myself on the laws, rules, and processes of tax deed sales and feel like I know the system pretty well. 

That's because with syndication you are leveraging knowledge, systems, money, and taking advantage of economies or scale.

Which may be frustrating because their system is more set up to handle people's names being impersonated rather than phone numbers, but there is a form for people without Facebook accounts to fill out in such a situation. 

However if you were cash rich and didn't trust the banking system (like some people) and wanted to get traditional financing but also had the "cash" necessary for a purchase.

Alaska is in a recession right now, because of the oil prices, the State is running out of money and laying off state workers, I recently read the AK Marine Highway / Ferry System won't have enough money to run after April.  

The expenses were more than he expected despite that all of the major systems in the home were in great shape.
