I have an older woman who applied with income being a pension check and social security and  I was wondering the same thing.

Long story short we went back and forth for a little while I was trying to stay as cool as possible but this woman was being so adamant and rude.

They think it's all about picking cute colors and designing nice kitchens.

I also agree with @Chris Mason that these cute pre-fabs can cost not so cute dollars.

I took title as “a married woman as her sole and separate property”.

In circumstances like renting to a pregnant woman is understandable.

I was about to contact the woman in my own attempt to start with the preferred "nice route" referenced by @Mike McCarthy.

I guess ideally I would like a country that offers long term foreign residents healthcare into their system also.I heard of a woman who bought a stone house surrounded by lots of land in Estonia for about 17K and it went up to over 30K within 2 years.The reason I need solitude is for personal reasons, and because I will work remotely, great internet access is essential.Thanks,Karolyn

A number of years ago I rented an AirBNB rental from a woman on AirBNB, and I recently checked out her profile and it turns out she has rentals all over the world now that allow her to travel all over. 

I do plan to consult my attorney tomorrow but would like input / guidance from other investors as well.So heres the deal:A woman living across the street from one of my properties in a single family home passed away about 1-2 years ago.
