A lot of people here seem (to me at least) to have turned real estate into a job.If you'd rather spend your energy, say perhaps working a job that gives you $25k to invest in turnkey properties, that is perfectly fine and even reasonable.If you do go turnkey, be sure to check the company and the deal out thoroughly.

That is like saying "I went to BK and told the manager I'd buy a Whopper but the cook has to only make $9.15 cents this hour""I went to Tractor Supply and told the manager I'd buy some feed but the cashier has to get minimum wage minus 80 cents for the time she helped me""I had my car painted but the guy that taped it up has to only get $18.50 cents an hour while he does it"Sure they may say ..."

Any way you cook the numbers leveraged funds is MORE profit then all cash, unless you get into InsanOworld kind of numbers like 24.99% interest rate.
