There are a lot of property management software companies out there that are flexible and easy enough to use for not only properties, but storage units as well.

I am deciding between these two software options for my portfolio of about 100 units and was initially pretty sold on Buildium until they told me there was a one-time $99 fee for each tenant to set up a bank account for online rent payments. 

Is there a good App/software free or paid that I can use to neatly track all my mortgages and property performance metrics?

What management software you are using?

I use Cozy for my management software and they perform background and credit checks, but unless there is a judgement against a person the eviction never shows up.

Don't do all of the little (though important/valuable) suggestions people are making to the current forum software (including me). 

I do my own Property Management and am currently using Innago as a the management software and Stessa for financial analysis.

It just seems like Erinc is conducting the train - running around trying to improve the software, develop new features and make everyone happy.

It is also very likely that there will be a wide variance in experience even at the teacher level, one teacher may put in more time than ever before, and another might try to pass the whole thing off to the software.
