A check was deposited in my account by a friend of my tenant to cover her rent - this check bounced. 

Now the tenant is behind a month again because her check bounced.

But the wheel chair was too big, it wouldn't fit, and the more he tried to shove her through the narrow little space, the more she bounced from left to right and almost flipped right out of the wheel chair and almost on her head!

On the off chance that there is no money in the tenants account and it bounces back, I charge the tenant 10dollars a day untill paid, make them submit the payment online.

Use materials that would absorb sound from bouncing around the room.... a busy plant next to the window, tapestry on the wall, rug on the hardwood floor.  

I have a few questions that I'd like to bounce off of the community regarding a couple properties that I have under contract.  1)  Do I have to honor the full terms of the lease or am I able to move the tenants under my lease terms?  

Seller financing can certainly be a deep subject for investors buying or selling, the process is not rocket science but the consequences bounce off of so many angles that can cause significant issues.

You have to do something pretty serious to have your checking account privileges taken away (i.e. bounce checks).I'm guessing the reason they're setting up separate accounts is because they either want liability protection and are setting up separate llc's or something and then need separate accounts for each one.

If a check bounces, you only accept money orders or cashiers checks from then on. 

You don't want to hold the property and then find out the check bounces a week later.
