I have just gotten settled back in my hometown of Vancouver , Washington and my baby boy was born on June 23rd :).

How many offers/properties did you make before you could easily sleep like a baby without worrying about it?   

We are 28 years old, and have 2 fur babies, but no human children haha.

Curious to hear the communities thoughts on preparing to meet baby boomer retirement housing demand.  

PM calls me its cooold  tenant has new baby and cant pay rent and heat can you not charge rent for a few months so they can heat the house and then they will add it to the rest of the lease.. 

Sellers that have put effort into a property (time or dollars) have some elements of “my baby is the cutest syndrome”.

Then our beautiful baby boy came along a year later..

Finally, on June 9th I stepped away from the day job, and am able to pay myself a meager salary from the business - but more importantly I now have the freedom to structure my days so that I can be a part of my baby girl's life!
