Has anyone had experience with registering their rental property with ALE solutions as a temporary or short term rental for families displaced from their home for various insurance reasons.

All of this made the place look like it was falling apart, when in reality it was just poor construction of a temporary structure inside the house. 

As a note, I house hack a 2 family in the North Shore, where the entry price was much lower than Boston.

Also, org's in Memphis mostly provide temporary housing; we offer permanent housing and their referrals get top priority.Just keep in mind the type of tenants that these org's assist; they are normally not your ideal tenants.

That is a shame because they can make money in a temporary deal but in the long term...
