SFH rentals in Saint Clair Shores area. Thoughts/Feedback

I am new to real estate investing and I am looking to Buy and Hold.  I am focused (for now) on the SCS area.  The inventory seems to be good quality, reasonably priced and commands good rents.

Anyone have any experience in the area?  What to watch out for?
