Who is making money, when the brick store has an office, admin, copier, conference room?

In fact the day Lehman Brothers collapsed I was in 'the City' in London for a conference and you could hear a pin drop as people were walking around very quiet/nervous.

I have a conference call on Monday set up with someone I personally found.

I am a Mechanical Engineer by school working in a Leadership Development Program for an Aerospace company!

However, the relationships, leadership training, and speaking opportunities I received from college was awesome.

Check out some articles on crime in the area is mostly workers who commute in to others. great rental market, great submarket, but not even top 20 markets in the United States. travel to some conferences and talk to some investors about it. 

Management and leadership go hand in hand. 

I would say 99.9% of these calls /emails go ignored because they come across as spamIf you do not have a specific message with a way you can assist them and an opportunity that has already been fully vetted with all the numbers then it’s a waste of our time.Your best bet is to go to conferences, and prior to the conference check out who is attending and set up some meetings at the conference in advance to meet them in person.
