Ultimately there is going to be resistance to change because you are asking agents to go from a known payout (their commission) to an unknown based on the number of hours. 

Big difference in cost and income but occupancy rate is the real unknown factor.

I've been intimidated with the permitting process for years only because it was an unknown for me.

The fear of the unknown is often staggering...  

There are a lot of unknowns that can happen in a downturn even for up to now successful investors.

Unknown to me at the time I had the line dugout and replaced along with the water line .

It's just a lot of unknowns. 

I’m 80% convinced to sell but that other 20% has me running numbers all day that make sense... until that unknown catastrophic incident were to happen…So, as my only post on BP…I seek your guidance. 

Then there are the unknowns.

I know I will be spending much less on a fixer, but I don't want to have to deal with the unknown costs and timing of a rehab.
