You still need to be careful about who you select as PM and that it is a good fit for your type of property and aligned with your goals for ownership.Once you get to a point that you have or exceed the capabilities of the PM company, you can consider taking this on yourself but keep in mind it takes a lot of resources behind the scenes (accounting, technology, vendor mgt, etc) not just an onsite leasing and property maintenance.Good luck with your journey.

you hit the nail on the head, wholesaling is lead generation for investors of various types.When it comes to automation there is not a one size fits all but one key component is having a team in place and great systems but around modern technologies (I.e mail chimp, podio, globiflow, text and phone services, virtual assistants to do screening and schedule appointments etc)

I still can't say for certain where crypto currencies for investments like Bitcoin and Ether are going in the future, but I can say that lending and savings platforms based on block-chain technology are really going to give the traditional banks a run for their money.

These are my thoughts BEFORE the event later today.This is the event that basically reveals the "how" Tesla will continue to grow their dominance in the EV industry.1)  Million mile battery -  a battery that will last longer than any ICE (old school fossil fuel burning combustion engine) car.   2)  New battery technology (code name Roadrunner)- higher density, cheaper manufacturing cost, newer cheaper/environmentally friendly ingredients =  translation:  lower cost of the making the car and easier manufacturing to further their mission.

In the Results link click on your address where there are various tabs and click on Neighborhood Sales.If you have a hard time with technology, you can always ask friends or family members to help you navigate the web to do some research about property values in your area.If you do find yourself entertaining an offer from an unsolicited investor:Ask to obtain, and keep, a list of the comparable property sales in your neighborhood the investor used to come up with their purchase price offer.Always keep someone else in the loop – your children, good friends, or someone you trust.Always know that you can seek legal advice – in the end, it might be worth the money you spend on a consultation with an attorney.Review the contract closely to see if it is assignable.
