I knew for a fact that Austin & Nashville was about to run based off intel, I never fully understood Miami.

Wow I'm 23 and I want to be like your 12 year old great job on parenting and he's also doing a great job all the books I've read say to start early I guess he understood that perfectly

I've done multiple funding deals which I would have never understood before joining this mentorship. 

For instance, he identified the load bearing walls when we walked the property, he understood where the existing plumbing was, and where new plumbing would need to go, he assessed where HVAC ducts were, and where new ducts would need to be routed, he understood the changes that would need to occur to the electrical system, etc., etc., and he understood the costs of all of those issues.

I think I always understood that income properties were an important piece of wealth-building, but until I started reading BP along with devouring some of the most recommended books, I suppose I never was able to articulate and understand how and why appropriately.

It will give you a basis of language that will indicate to a contractor that you have a general idea of what you are getting into and will allow you to create a mutually understood "scope of work".

It will be various people who may or may not have correctly understood what they have been told by others.The "communiuty" is the old "telephone" game you played as a kid.

Looking at the laws within Louisville, what I have understood is that Section 8 cannot be denied as a qualification.
