We have been through lots of variations on who is selling the house and what liens, judgements are attached. 

i say take them to court and get a judgment against them,,, often if the tennant ever wants to shape up and buy a house they will have to make good on the judgement before anyone will give them a mortgage. if you let it go you are guarenteed nothing

I think its very tricky to make this judgement.

I would find out as much as possible about the relationship situation during "chit chat" and make a judgement call from there.

Is that an option since I technically am aware of another claim due to a judgement from a previously unsecured creditor?

My question is I have a property that I owe no mortgage on but with judgements and taxes there is 22k on it.

But on the judgement doc provided by the County Clerk it does not speak of any liens (see below).
