The weight of the contents most likely had much to do with the failure, as it appeared the integrity of the box was compromised by the base pulling out of the groove in the frame and distorting due to weight.  

@Shiva Ratuapli - if you are going to do this, integrate something like rently.com into your process. they can verify the DL. i haven't used them but heard good things, so update us on your experience. 

I am able to keep up with all syncing using integration but still haven't figured out the booking widget on my website.  

After you download them you can work offline to integrate them into your Quickbooks file.  

If there is structural differential settlement and foundation is slab on grade, you need to look also for utilities integrity (sewer pipes, water pipes, etc) within the foundation itself. 

Then you are ready to integrate into your Wordpress site.

If they install on your porch, are they going to guarantee that the holes drilled in the wood/steel won't jeopardize the integrity of the structure?

Also look for firms with a high degree of tech integration and systems in place that produce results (lead generators, marketing, CRMs, transaction management tools, etc)-- that will go a long way to getting those first few deals underway and building momentum.
