I have a lot of inquiries and I am asking all of them to show up at my open house.  

Should I add it to Zillow myself even though the PM will be doing all the work once someone makes an inquiry?

I never get anywhere near that many inquiries before finding an acceptable tenant.

I read the information on their website and made an inquiry by telephone.

I know it would be easy, and frankly, I'm not going to live the paranoid life where I hide from folks just because they may be crazy.I do want to be somewhat isolated from the torrent of inquiries and pesky annoyance callers.  

More notice can be helpful - How much time do you want to take to explain the situation, field inquiries, etc before you can either show it, lease it or both?

Communicate with them in written form (email) so you have a record of your inquiry and request.

They have this "1-click inquiry" feature that people use without bothering to scroll down and read the ad.  

My tenants have not "butt-dialed" me yet.But even if they try, they won't because they don't know my number.I have Property Managers for my multi-family apartments and for my houses, I have the head of my Sales & Leasing department as the one who answers tenant-inquiries.

You could respond to inquiries as you are reviewing applications coming in over the next month or two.Jim.
