Using Zillow to advertise rental vs PM web site

My PM advertised my Charlotte rental on their website (www.trlawing.com). It comes complete with pictures and description. Looks great.

Should they be advertising on Zillow as well? It's free and seems to have a large reach. Is there a down side to advertising on Zillow? Should I add it to Zillow myself even though the PM will be doing all the work once someone makes an inquiry?
