Greetings from Toronto, Ontario, I'm thrilled to be part of this Real Estate Investing Forum and I'm here to soak up knowledge, collaborate, and build a team of like-minded investors.

Some people may think that is a waste of money but I think it fosters good relationships and usually it is reciprocated, as in some of my tenants give something back.

Community Living: Condos are often located in communities with shared spaces, fostering a sense of community that can be appealing to certain tenants.4.

I don't think location matters, provided CPA is a strong communicator, and has modern tools to make it easy to collaborate. 

I am looking for other investors in the Las Vegas area that would like to collaborate.
